Kianga Ford is an assistant professor of fine arts/new genres in the School of Art, Media and Technology at Parsons The New School for Design.

LaToya Ruby Frazier received her BFA in applied media arts from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and her MFA in art photography from Syracuse University. She also studied under the Whitney Museum of American Art Independent Study Program and is the recipient of many awards, including a fellowship from the Guggenheim Memorial Foundation, Gwendolyn Knight & Jacob Lawrence Prize of the Seattle Art Museum, a Creative Capital Foundation Award, the Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award.
Laura Poitras is a documentary filmmaker, journalist, and artist. She is currently finishing a trilogy of films about post-9/11 America. The first film My Country, My Country, focused on the Iraq War and was nominated for an Academy Award in 2007. The second film, The Oath, was about Guantanamo, and it won a cinematography award at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival.
